Educator/Teacher - Specialized Pedagogical Support at 45% In an inclusive approach, the Specialized Pedagogical Support addresses students in regular school (1st to 11th year) with neurodevelopmental disorders, difficulties related to the autism spectrum, with or without intellectual disabilities, having a significant impact on their learning, communication and/or behavior. Through weekly interventions in regular classrooms, the SPS intervenor implements support taking into account the cognitive, affective, motor and social dimensions of the student. This support aims to develop their autonomy and facilitate the organization of their work. It also includes adapting their environment and structuring their time. The SPS is part of the Domain of Competences Ambulatory Support, Reception and Accommodation (SAmAH) of the Fondation Les Perce-Neige and is looking to fulfill its mission Educator/Teacher - Specialized Pedagogical Support at 45% Educator/Teacher - Specialized Pedagogical Support at 45% Your mission: You intervene in the context of the Specialized Pedagogical Support pathway intended for students with mental disabilities or relevant to the autism spectrum, or learning disorders who attend regular public school classes. You work in close collaboration with regular classroom teachers to promote the student's school (cycles 1, 2, and 3) and social integration, acting as a resource person. Your profile: You have a pedagogical training HEP (social work training HES or equivalent will be considered), ideally completed by specialized teaching training. Confirmed experience with students having specific educational needs and attending regular school cycles is an asset. Your personal commitment, tact, and diplomacy will be guarantees of success.
