As a Senior UX Designer & Teamlead, you will design our online shops for over 4 million customers in Switzerland and the EU. In doing so, you will take responsibility for your product area and the personnel development of two UX designers. In a collegial environment, you will receive the freedom to contribute your expertise and actively further develop the user experience of our online shops. Your responsibilities Responsibility for the user experience of your product area as part of a cross-functional product team of developers, product owners, analysts and UX researchers Active participation in the further development of our online shops and ensuring high design quality Responsibility for the visual design process in the team within the framework of the design system as well as ensuring compliance with our design guidelines Development and validation of solutions in an iterative human-centered design process, supported by qualitative and quantitative data, mockups and prototypes Understandable communication of complex topics through convincing presentations as well as active sharing of your expertise within the team Personnel leadership and development of two UX designers as a Senior UX Designer with team lead responsibility (20% of your working time) Your skills At least 5 years of professional experience as a UX designer Sound experience in user interface design; experience with design systems is an advantage Pronounced ability to design robust solutions for complex, branched processes with numerous special cases and dependencies Practical experience in agile product development and interdisciplinary teams, ideally in an e-commerce environment Initial leadership experience as well as strength in the development and motivation of UX designers combined with a solution-oriented way of working The willingness to question "how it has always been done" and to suggest more efficient, automated or more effective solutions Emotional intelligence to promote human-centered approaches and solutions Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals Why start with us?
