For over 35 years, we have specialized in the recruitment and leasing of personnel in various industries, mainly in the areas of main construction and secondary construction trades, crafts, technology, industry.   Job Description ### • Leading the team in mechanical engineering (3-5 employees) • Setting up and operating multi-axis CNC turning and milling machines (Okuma, up to 11 axes) • Manufacturing complex individual parts and small series based on drawings • Monitoring the production process and quality inspection of the manufactured parts • Introducing and implementing innovations and improvement suggestions (KVP)   We expect ### • Vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker, or equivalent • Experience in team or shift leadership • Several years of professional experience in the complex machining of chip-removing parts • Sound knowledge and handling of CNC-controlled machines • High degree of flexibility, precision, and personal responsibility • Teamwork skills as well as analytical and conceptual skills • Readiness for a 2-shift model and therefore driver's license Cat.
