Your tasks: New customer acquisition: You identify potential customers, build reliable business relationships, and present our range of services convincingly. Maintenance and expansion of existing customer contacts: You manage your customer portfolio long-term, recognize sales opportunities such as cross- and upselling, and develop individual solutions that sustainably ensure customer success. Planning and implementation of customer appointments: You organize appointments independently, prepare them carefully, and conduct discussions professionally and goal-oriented. Responsibility for offer and tender documents: You ensure that all documents are created or submitted completely, with high quality, and on time. Documentation in the CRM system: You maintain all relevant customer and activity data precisely to ensure a transparent information base at all times.
