Role and responsibilities: • Leadership and coordination of the service team • Planning and monitoring of service assignments • Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance • Technical advice and support for our customers Qualifications and skills: • Apprenticeship as a Sanitary or Heating Installer EFZ • Professional experience in the sanitary and / or heating industry • Training as Chief Fitter is an advantage • Customer-oriented manners • Independence and initiative • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of industry-specific software • Driver's license category B
