Our client from the Rapperswil region is active in the real estate sector and is looking for a Caretaker / Manual Allrounder 100% (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Rapperswil SG Industry: Trade/Crafts general Publication date: 12.08.2026 Your tasks • Executing minor renovations, improvements, and repairs • Manual work such as minor carpentry, plastering, painting, or masonry work • Rectifying defects in apartments, common areas, and technical rooms • Accompanying and monitoring external craftsmen during larger works • Ongoing inspection and maintenance of the properties • Cleaning work in stairwells, basements, entrance areas, and other common areas • Gardening work such as lawn care, pruning, and care of shrubs and flowerbeds • Grounds maintenance as well as winter services • Operation and simple maintenance of building technical systems • Identifying, reporting, and co-coordinating malfunctions • Participating in renovations as well as in apartment inspections and handovers • On-site contact person for tenants, owners, and craftsmen • Close cooperation with the property management • Coordination with other caretakers, internal departments, and external specialist companies • Clean feedback regarding performed work and identified defects Your profile • Completed manual vocational training (EFZ), for example as a carpenter, joiner, plasterer, mason or in a related profession • Several years of professional experience, ideally in maintenance, facility management, or a construction/craft environment • Enjoyment of a versatile activity on changing properties • High degree of independence as well as a reliable, careful, and structured way of working • Good teamwork skills and strong communication in daily exchange with tenants, • owners, colleagues, and external specialists • Good coordination skills in cooperation with other caretakers and various trades • Enjoyment in pitching in and implementing practical solutions • Friendly and helpful demeanor • Driver's license category B mandatory • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Simple IT user knowledge is an advantage What you can expect • Interesting and varied activities with room for creativity • Comprehensive induction into the field of tasks • Collegial, dynamic team with an open communication culture • Fair salary with further benefits Have I piqued your interest?
