Your main tasks Preparation of varied dishes for our residents as well as guests and employees in our restaurant Assumption of daily responsibility in the absence of the supervisor Co-organization of the daily routine as well as coverage of all kitchen areas Execution of banquets and external events Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and hygiene regulations Accompanying and supervising apprentices as a vocational trainer What you bring with you Completed vocational training as a Cook/ EFZ Several years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare sector Vocational trainer certificate as well as experience in vocational training is an advantage Passion for the cooking profession, creative, flexible, resilient and a team player Independent and careful way of working Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts Good German skills in spoken and written form Your contact person We look forward to you contacting us.
