Regional Decoration Manager French-speaking Switzerland (m/f) Your new responsibilities • Functional management of the decoration managers of the branches in your region • Regular visits to the subsidiaries in order to guarantee the Pfister image within the framework of national activities and concepts • Support for CAD planning, execution schedules, and implementation during transformations, new openings, and trade fairs • Contact person for requests from the subsidiaries and coordination with the Visual Merchandising POS project manager • Participation in decisions and responsibility concerning surface adjustments • Responsibility for the budget for the assigned decoration region • Coordination of decoration employees with the technical layout coordinator • Replacement of other regional decoration managers as needed What you bring • Creativity and initiative • Talent for planning and organization • Manual dexterity and a sense of shapes, colors, and trends • Sense of style for an attractive staging of spaces and products • Completed training as a decorator or 3D polydesigner • User knowledge of MS Office & CAD • Reliability, autonomy, flexibility, and solution orientation, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously • Several years of professional and managerial experience • Professional trainer qualification • Knowledge of the furniture sector • German
