MISSION ##

As part of the development of its training system within the cardiology department, La Clinique des Grangettes establishment is looking for a nurse responsible for training to structure and steer the skill development within the catheterization laboratory. This is a position at the heart of a major institutional challenge: sustainably securing the critical skills of the unit, reducing the autonomy timeframe for new employees, and contributing to the attractiveness and retention of talent.

MAIN TASKS ##

Hierarchically reporting to the unit's local management, whom he/she assists on technical and pedagogical dimensions. He or she:

• Develops and maintains the laboratory's competency framework and designs the integration process for new employees;
• Constructs the annual training program for the unit and ensures its monitoring and traceability;
• Accompanies employees at the workstation and evaluates the achievement of competency levels;
• Designs and facilitates, in collaboration with interventional cardiologists, medical-nursing simulation sessions focusing on critical situations;
• Contributes to the quality and safety of the unit's practices, in connection with the Nursing Directorate, the training department, and radiation protection;
• Ensures the operational continuity of the unit in the absence of the local management.

REQUIRED TRAINING ##

• Recognized nursing diploma, with authorization to practice;
• Confirmed experience in the catheterization laboratory or in interventional cardiology;
• Training in pedagogy or adult education, as well as in healthcare simulation, acquired or to be acquired within an agreed timeframe;
• Experience in tutoring or supervision;
• Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to exercise functional authority based on trust and competence.
