Job description ##

As a Nursing Assistant, you will contribute directly to the well-being and daily care of patients. Your missions will be to :

• Assist patients in activities of daily living, such as washing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed
• Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of patients by providing them with emotional support and promoting their autonomy
• Assist nursing staff in performing technical care, such as taking vitals, dressings, and position changes
• Collaborate with members of the medical team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care

Profile description ##

Required profile

• You hold a state diploma for a nursing assistant
• You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in home care and/or a hospital setting
• You are versatile and have a sense of responsibility
• You enjoy communicating and are recognized for your empathy and active listening
• You are rigorous and autonomous
• You are mobile
• Flexibility for continuous and/or split shifts
• You are comfortable with IT tools
