Wattwil by arrangement Your tasks <br /> • As a Senior Physician, you lead the interdisciplinary treatment team at eye level. • You participate in the organizational design and ensuring of interdisciplinary cooperation in the outpatient clinic. • You are co-responsible for ensuring the outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with illnesses from the entire diagnostic spectrum. • You are directly responsible for the further training of the assigned assistant psychologists and assistant physicians and you supervise them. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. • You possess a practice permit from the Canton of St.Gallen or fulfill the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position. • You bring experience in the treatment of psychiatric patients. • You are committed, appreciate working with patients, and enjoy working in a multiprofessional team. • You are a flexible, team-oriented, communicative, socially competent personality with motivation for further development. • You enjoy working independently, take responsibility, and make decisions confidently. <br /> Your salary Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 151'000.- and 181'000.- Swiss Francs per year.
