When you join us, you will become part of a dedicated, international team where your voice counts, your ideas make a difference and your professional development is promoted.     CAD/CAM Programmer (m/f/d)   Purpose of the Role As a CAD/CAM Programmer (m/f/d), you are responsible for the development, optimization and ensuring of efficient manufacturing processes in the field of CNC machining. Through your expertise in CAD/CAM programming, tool technology and process optimization, you make a significant contribution to the productivity, quality and economic efficiency of production. In close cooperation with Engineering, Production and Tool Management, you ensure stable and future-oriented manufacturing.   Responsibilities • Creating CNC programs with TopSolid 7 as well as designing fixtures, tools and work instructions. • Developing and optimizing machining processes taking into account suitable cutting tools and clamping methods. • Ensuring stable, process-reliable program sequences and efficient manufacturing processes. • Continuous optimization of production- and machining-relevant processes with regard to quality, productivity and economic efficiency. • Conducting feasibility studies for new products (NPI) as well as independently solving drawing and manufacturing problems in cooperation with Engineering. • Calculating manufacturing costs and ensuring compliance with defined cost targets. • Participating in process reviews as well as debriefings for the continuous improvement of existing processes. • Optimizing lead times, quality metrics and process cycle times. • Determining, standardizing and further developing manufacturing methods and machining strategies. • Increasing productivity while complying with the specified KPI targets. • Close cooperation with various manufacturing areas to reduce downtime and minimize cycle times. • Supporting Tool Management with topics such as tool life, cutting data and tool optimization. • Managing tool lists and maintaining system data using the tool manager (TS-Shopfloor). • Supporting and further developing global production and development partners.   Qualifications • Completed basic technical training as a polymechanic or comparable qualification with sound experience in machining. • At least five years of professional experience in CAD/CAM programming as well as in tool technology. • Extensive knowledge in milling machining, especially in 4- and 5-axis machining as well as on complex turn-mill centers. • Experience in HPC and/or HSC machining is an advantage. • Strong communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action. • High teamwork ability as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working. • Strong quality awareness, reliability and sense of responsibility. • Analytical, structured and systematic way of working. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing.     Our commitment to inclusion, fairness and equal opportunity We believe in meaningful careers, continuous learning and equal opportunities for all - as a basis for innovation and success.
