SAP HCM Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %

What you will achieve • You will take over the end-to-end processing of wage and salary processing for several stock corporations in SAP HCM. In addition, you will ensure the correct maintenance and mutation of master data in the relevant infotypes and will be the first point of contact for regional HR specialists, managers, and employees on all topics relevant to wages, time, and social insurance. • You are responsible for the correct processing of withholding tax and social insurance (mutations, settlements, declarations) as well as the examination and validation of accident and illness certificates and are the interface to external bodies. • You create evaluations and reportings, analyze key figures, and support time management. • You take over the monthly personnel account reconciliations and are responsible for the year-end processes, in particular the electronic wage notifications (ELM) to the relevant bodies. • You participate in the identification and implementation of optimization potential in processes and systems and support corresponding automation initiatives. What will facilitate your entry • You bring several years of experience in end-to-end wage processing and have sound knowledge of social insurance and withholding tax. Further training in this area is an advantage. • You have a high affinity for IT, move confidently in complex system landscapes, and have very good user knowledge in SAP HCM. • You communicate confidently in German and bring good French skills. Other languages are a plus. • You think analytically, can create complex evaluations and ad-hoc queries, have very good Excel skills, and have experience in process optimization. • You see yourself as a service-oriented contact person, maintain an overview even in demanding situations, and like to work in a structured, precise, and very independent manner.
