Watchmaking Production Operator

On behalf of one of our clients active in the watchmaking field, we are looking for several motivated and meticulous collaborators to join a dynamic and stimulating production environment. Your future missions: • You will perform various production operations on watch components. • You will perform assembly and control work. • You will manipulate components with precision, using a binocular microscope and the naked eye. • You will ensure production monitoring according to defined quality standards. • You will participate in the simple maintenance of production equipment. • You will work in compliance with procedures and quality requirements. • You will perform article changes without adjustment according to established standards. • You will apply the required SPC knowledge according to the activity concerned. The profile we are looking for: • You will have excellent manual dexterity and enjoy meticulous work. • Experience in watchmaking, industry, electronics, medical, or assembly will be an asset. • People in professional retraining, motivated to discover the watchmaking field, will also be welcome. • You will demonstrate versatility and a good capacity for learning. • You will be willing to work in 2x8 shifts if necessary. • Ideally, you will reside in the Bienne region or within 45 minutes. Even without watchmaking experience, a rigorous, meticulous profile eager to learn could represent an excellent opportunity.
