To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a personality as Department Head Express & Revisions 80- 100% ## Your tasks ### • Organizational responsibility as well as technical and personnel management for the entire 6-person Revision, Express & Repairs department • Planning of repair and revision work for construction machines, municipal vehicles and industrial plants as well as regeneration and maintenance of complete systems and individual components • Creation of offers until the completion of the complete order • You strengthen your team through active coaching, conduct conversations at eye level and ensure constructive, solution-oriented team culture • Implementation of the specified scheduling and material management • In an emergency, you lend a hand yourself, support your team with welding, grinding and drilling work from individual parts to the assembly and complete revision of crushing plants • Participation in production meetings What you bring ### • Training as a metal builder EFZ or plant and apparatus builder EFZ (polymechanics, construction or agricultural machinery mechanic with steel construction experience) • Initial leadership experience is required, as well as professional experience and great interest in metal construction • Enjoyment of leadership, organizational and planning tasks • Flexibility is top priority, as well as rational, networked and economical thinking • Teamwork, high stress resistance and assertiveness characterize you What we offer you ### • An exciting, varied and responsible range of tasks • Modern infrastructure and collegial environment • Above-average employment conditions • Development opportunities and targeted further training Contact ### Do you want to move mountains with us?
