Location Neuchâtel Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41207 Published on 03/07/2026 CDI - 100% rate - Daytime hours Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Job Description ### • Perform dimensional checks of products using conventional and automated measurement equipment (caliper, micrometer, optical measurement systems). • Carry out metal hardness tests and ensure the reliability of the results obtained. • Ensure visual conformity checks in accordance with current quality requirements. • Collaborate closely with the metallurgical laboratory for planning, monitoring and coordinating quality analyses and controls (FOR035, LIMS). • Ensure the availability, conformity and traceability of the measurement instrument fleet, in compliance with ISO procedures and metrological requirements. • Perform periodic checks of control equipment and ensure the updating of monitoring data on internal tools. • Provide support for the department's logistical activities, in particular for the preparation of castings, material movements and inventory operations. • Participate in the different stages of semi-finished product manufacturing, including rolling, heat treatment, cutting, shearing, grinding and straightening operations. • Contribute to the preventive maintenance and upkeep of production equipment to ensure proper functioning. • Ensure the management of material flows related to subcontracting: preparation of shipments, receipt of returns and coordination of associated metallurgical analyses with the laboratory. • Actively participate in continuous improvement approaches in terms of quality, safety, performance and department organization. Profile ### • Technical training at CFC, AFP or equivalent level in an industrial, mechanical, metallurgical or quality field. • Proven experience in quality control in an industrial environment, ideally in metallurgy. • Mastery of measurement instruments: caliper, micrometer, comparator, etc. • Knowledge of dimensional control, visual control and quality requirements. • Experience with optical measurement systems, LIMS or ERP = an asset. • Rigorous, precise, organized, autonomous person who appreciates team work.
