Sales Assistant Inside Sales 100% (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Sales Assistant Inside Sales 100 % (w/m/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent order processing for national and international customers from the creation of offers to invoicing.
• Operative support of all our customers by telephone and email.
• Creation of offers including calculation of our products in close cooperation with the field sales service.
• Making technical clarifications.
• Triggering orders with our suppliers.
• Handling export/import and transport matters (including all required documents).
• Close cooperation with the VAD and production planning, freight forwarding.
• Creation of certificates and inspection certificates.
• Close cooperation with the VAD, production planning and freight forwarding.
• Master data maintenance in the ERP.
• Carrying out delivery/invoice controls.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training.
• Several years of professional experience in inside sales, preferably in the field of rubber and plastic or in an industrial environment.
• Very good knowledge of order processing, quoting, customer support, and internal coordination processes.
• Confident handling of ERP systems (Abacus), CRM systems, the Microsoft 365 environment, and digital platforms.
• Experience in the field of import/export is an advantage.
• Is ready to take on responsibility and make decisions.
• Possesses an extremely independent, structured, and exact way of working.
• Plans and sets priorities skillfully.
• Brings a high level of customer orientation as well as strong communication skills.
• Communicates in the mother tongue D, has good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage.
