On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a technical employee (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will manage handling work as well as administrative and industrial relocations. • You will carry out various interventions and versatile work related to the building trades. • You will coordinate the interventions of external service providers and ensure the monitoring of work until their completion • You will participate in general maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of infrastructure. • You will manage stocks of equipment and supplies, ensuring their availability and replenishment. • You will perform assembly, disassembly and installation operations for furniture, equipment and various materials. • You will ensure compliance with safety instructions and internal procedures when executing work. • You will participate in the routine maintenance of premises, technical installations and outdoor spaces • You will ensure the transport, reception and distribution of goods, equipment and supplies within the company. Your profile: • You have a CFC and have acquired significant experience in the field of building or infrastructure maintenance • You have a category B driver's license; holding a forklift license is an advantage • You have a good understanding of the different building trades and their interactions. • You have solid experience in handling operations and are able to handle heavy loads safely. • You easily use the necessary computer tools for managing and monitoring activities. • Your rigor, discretion and physical endurance allow you to evolve effectively in demanding environments • You are autonomous and reliable, and you also know how to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. • Your versatility and flexibility allow you to adapt quickly to varied situations. • You show a good sense of organization and are able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
