In a context of expansion and transformation of the energy sector, it entrusts us with the recruitment of a future Member of the General Management Committee as Director Development & Partnerships ## Guarantor of strategic partnerships, business development, innovation, and digital transformation ### Sion ### Your responsibilities ### As a member of the Management, you manage the Development & Partnerships department and participate in the definition of the corporate strategy. In this key role, you actively contribute to the development of the company by consolidating relations with strategic partners, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving innovation initiatives. You practice active monitoring of market developments and the hydroelectric ecosystem in order to anticipate the future needs of clients and to strengthen the positioning of HYDRO. At the interface between partners, operations teams, workshops, engineering, and management, you play a unifying role. You provide a clear vision, build lasting relationships of trust with our economic, academic, and institutional partners while supporting the development of new high-value-added offers, particularly in the fields of digitalization, operation optimization, and innovative solutions intended for energy infrastructure operators. Your profile ### We are looking for a credible, stable, and unifying personality, endowed with a solid network, capable of defending the interests of HYDRO with conviction while building solutions with partners. Possessing solid experience, you are recognized in the Swiss hydroelectric ecosystem and you know how to combine business development, strategic partnership management, and innovation applied to operations, while remaining focused on field needs. You have demonstrated your ability to evolve activities and to unite stakeholders with varied interests. Your sense of diplomacy, your pragmatism, and your ability to advance files allow you to create consensus while defending your convictions with confidence. Listening to opportunities and solution-oriented, you understand the realities of operations while being capable of carrying a long-term vision. Mastery of French and German is indispensable to interact with our teams. Knowledge of English or Italian constitutes an additional advantage.
