Pflegefachperson HF / FH Nachtdienst Pfäfers per sofort Your tasks In the night shift, on our open-run integration ward, you will accompany and support primarily chronically and complexly ill patients in a stable and secure night structure, with the goal of promoting their independence in the long term and providing support in everyday life. The integration ward also offers reliable psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care for adults with mental illnesses during the night. You contribute to ensuring safety, strengthening resources, and supporting the recovery approach in the inpatient setting. In the night shift, you work closely within a team and, together with your colleagues, ensure professional care. You document relevant observations carefully and ensure a structured flow of information for the day shift. Relatives and external contact persons are generally not actively involved in the night shift; therefore, you take their concerns into account within the framework of the documentation and pass on relevant information to the treatment team. Your profile You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH (for foreign degrees, recognition or a positive PreCheck by the Swiss Red Cross is required). Ideally, you already have experience in psychiatric nursing or would like to familiarize yourself with this exciting field. You enjoy night work and remain calm and composed even in challenging situations. You are socially competent, resilient, independent, and a true team player. Very good German skills (at least C1) and good IT skills will facilitate your administrative tasks.
