Your area of responsibility: • You install all components and heating systems professionally and independently during new constructions and renovations • In doing so, you plan, organize and coordinate your daily and weekly tasks and ensure a smooth process on the construction site • You also ensure that the agreed deadline and quality specifications are met • To this end, you support and accompany our apprentices in their practical training and pass on your specialist knowledge in everyday work • You regularly take on on-call duties and ensure rapid and professional fault rectification if necessary • Furthermore, you are responsible for the ordering of the required materials and components Your profile: • You have completed training as a heating installer and bring several years of professional experience • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in working with and accompanying apprentices • You work independently, reliably and conscientiously and at the same time are characterized by high teamwork skills • You also have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a valid driving license of category B • You are familiar with using tablets and smartphones, so that you can use digital work tools securely in everyday professional life
