Wabern \| 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • To steer the Federal Office of Topography swisstopo operationally and strategically as a member of the Executive Board in cooperation with the Director, in particular to lead the network tasks of official surveying and the cadastre of public-law restrictions on ownership, as well as the geodetic national survey of Switzerland • To lead the Surveying division in strategic, organizational, technical, financial, and personnel respects • Responsibility for the senior management and senior supervision of the official surveying and the cadastre of public-law restrictions on ownership, as well as strategic leadership of these network tasks • To take responsibility for the processes Geodetic National Survey, Geodetic Foundations and Positioning, and Innovation and Product Management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Dipl. Surveying or Geomatics Engineer ETH or equivalent training with scientific basic knowledge and broad experience in the specialist areas of Official Surveying and Geodesy. Patented engineer-surveyor or patented engineer-surveyor with entry in the surveyor register • Several years of versatile and demonstrably successful professional and leadership experience, especially in official surveying. Leadership experience in an Executive Board is an advantage. • Good knowledge and experience in modern administrative management and affinity for geoinformation • Motivating, strong communicative and resilient leadership personality with pronounced social competence and negotiation skills • Active knowledge of a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as active English skills <br /> In a nutshell Enjoy the strategic and operational co-design of an innovative federal office?
