Nursing Expert & RAI Responsible (Monday - Friday) We are looking for a Nursing Expert & RAI Responsible for our Ziegelei location, starting immediately or by arrangement. This is what you will do In this role, you support and empower the staff members responsible for technical expertise in the residential areas to ensure a high quality of nursing and care. Technical support and advice to the nursing team in complex nursing situations. Ensuring evidence-based and high-quality nursing. Responsibility for the correct application of the RAI system. You support and coordinate the entire RAI process for 130 residents. Implementation, review and quality assurance of RAI assessments. Training and coaching of employees in the field of nursing quality and RAI. Participation in the development and implementation of nursing concepts and quality standards. You manage and support the nursing material management throughout the entire house. Participation in projects for quality and organizational development. What you bring with you Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognition. Further education as a nursing expert or comparable qualification is an advantage. Further education as a supervisor or RAI expert. Sound knowledge and practical experience with RAI-LTCF. Professional experience in long-term care. High technical, social and advisory competence.
