Job Description

Your mission

Participate in the evolution of the unit and the development of innovative pedagogical approaches, to meet the needs of our beneficiaries in their socio-professional integration journey.

Your main activities

• Strengthen the existing team of training officers;
• Design of training systems according to innovative pedagogical approaches;
• Analysis of training needs and evaluation of existing systems including external ones;
• Design of varied pedagogical materials, including digital;
• Design of curricula;
• Management of adult learner and trainer communities;
• Development of internal and external partnerships;
• Contribution to the formalization of the quality file (fide, eduQua), to statistics and to qualitative studies.

Qualifications

Your profile

• A university Bachelor's degree in educational sciences or training deemed equivalent;
• Knowledge and experience in training in the language of integration for populations from migration and/or in learning difficulties;
• Proven experience in andragogical training engineering;
• Ease with information and communication technologies;
• Ease with the community of trainers;
• Capacity for adaptation, curiosity, interpersonal ease, sense of collaboration;
• Excellent command of the French language.
