Managing Director (40 % - 60 %) Das Sportzentrum Hirzenfeld is idyllically located between Münchenbuchsee and Zollikofen and offers a diverse range of leisure activities with an outdoor pool, artificial ice rink, and gastronomy. We are looking for a Managing Director (40 % to 60 %) per 1. September 2026 or by arrangement. For this demanding and versatile management position, we are looking for a committed leader who leads our team with head, heart, and mind, introduces new ideas, and ensures that our guests, clubs, and employees feel comfortable with us. Your tasks In this versatile role, you will perform an exciting leadership function as a link between the operational level of the business and the strategic level of the board. In doing so, you are responsible for helping to shape and further develop the diverse range of activities, and for leading the business entrepreneurially and the employees with clarity, trust, and enthusiasm. You will prepare business proposals for the board and advise them on technical and legal matters. In addition, you will negotiate with customers and suppliers. Public relations, ICT support (incl. website), and administration (payment transactions, accounting, minute-taking, correspondence, personnel administration, insurance, etc.) round off this position. Your profile You have a commercial basic training with a flair for business administration and several years of professional and leadership experience. You think strategically, holistically, and in networks. You can express yourself appropriately orally and in writing across all levels.
