The management of a widely diversified portfolio of more than CHF 45 billion is ensured by a team of approximately 60 people. compenswiss is looking for a, for a duration of 6 months: Investment Solutions Intern Within the Portfolio Construction service, reporting to the Investment Solutions department, you will contribute to the development of agentic AI solutions applied to the investment process, as part of innovative projects. Your tasks * Develop and experiment with agentic AI solutions applied to the investment process * Identify use cases allowing for the improvement of the efficiency of analysis, allocation, risk management, and reporting activities * Design and test AI agents integrating financial, economic, and sustainability data * Evaluate the performance, limits, and governance of the developed solutions * Contribute to the integration of AI within the tools and processes of the Investment Solutions department * Participate in the writing of reports, presentations, and technical documentation Your profile * Master's in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, mathematics, physics, economics or finance * Good understanding of agentic and generative AI and interest in its applications to investment processes * Good programming knowledge (Python, Git and SQL indispensable) * Interest in financial markets -- knowledge in investment theory is an asset * Good command of English (minimum B2) * Analytical mind, creativity, intellectual curiosity and strong ability to learn -- potential and the desire to develop concrete solutions prevail over professional experience We offer you A diversified activity with wide autonomy, a modern and well-equipped infrastructure in the center of Genève, competitive salary and social conditions and the possibility to contribute actively to the well-being of the population.
