Operation: The Taverne zum Hirschen is centrally located on Lindenplatz in Winterthur-Wülflingen and is a popular meeting point for young and old as well as for many clubs from the surrounding area. Our inn offers good bourgeois cuisine with history – the Perret family has been running the operation since 1925. Your tasks: • Preparation of daily menus (lunch) and à-la-carte dishes (evening) • Support with banquets and desserts • Introduction of new menu ideas • Compliance with hygiene regulations • Collaboration in cleaning work (including dishwashing) Your profile: • Completed training and/or experience as a cook • Ideally with a certificate of competence (FA) • 20 to 50 years young • Creative, team-capable, resilient and responsible • Enjoyment of good bourgeois cuisine and interaction with people • Good knowledge of German in word and writing Curious?
