Student Ambulance Worker ES

Responsibilities • Ensure effective and secure prehospital interventions for patients requiring emergency care. • Perform emergency care and delegated medical acts according to ambulance care protocols and techniques in force. • Collaborate with the rescue network partners to ensure optimal care. • Participate in the evaluation, care, and transport of patients to adapted facilities. • Contribute to the maintenance of equipment and the proper functioning of the service's equipment. Qualifications • Hold a secondary II degree certificate or a higher degree. • Reside in Switzerland, priority will be given to Jura residents. • Provide certificates and transcripts from the last 3 years. • Have completed a 10-day internship in the current year, with at least half of it in a rescue service. • Have completed the BLS AED course. • Meet the admission criteria of the MEDI school in Bern Soins Ambulanciers - medi | Zentrum für medizinische Bildung • Present an extract from the ADMAS register. • Hold a category B driver's license and obtain category C1 with code 121 at the latest two weeks before the start of training.
