Do you have experience in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities, do you love nature and working in a team? As a committed and open personality, you will support a team of nine specialists, 16 workshop workers and 7 day-center participants in plant production. You know how to adapt tasks flexibly and creatively to the needs of people with disabilities and you are very good at guiding, supporting and motivating them. Through your work, you make an essential contribution to ensuring that the residents we care for can participate in life in all its facets and that we can offer all the people in and around Wagerenhof healthy regional bio-products.
