Building Technician /Estimator 100% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the production workshop and ensure manufacturing plans • Monitor construction sites and guarantee compliance with deadlines and quality standards • Design and develop 2D and 3D plans as well as technical drawings • Analyze project feasibility and study technical files • Propose adapted and innovative technical solutions • Perform measurements and on-site surveys • Establish costings and project estimations Profile • Training as a draftsman, technician, or carpenter • Proven experience in technical drawing within a workshop and on construction sites • Good knowledge of building materials, costs, and regulations • Mastery of CAD/CAM software • Autonomous, organized, methodical and endowed with a good team spirit • Driving license indispensable Benefits • A flexible activity rate between 80 % and 100 % • A stimulating work environment, focused on quality and innovation • Varied projects with real autonomy and prospects for evolution • Start date: immediately or to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
