For the expansion of the team, we are looking for the following, immediately or by arrangement: Production Worker 100% Your tasks   • Independent operation and monitoring of production and packaging equipment • Ensuring quality, hygiene and occupational safety • Carrying out product and format changes as well as fine adjustments • Independent troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth process • Checking packaging material and performing cleaning work • Making suggestions for improvement for process optimization Your profile • Initial professional experience and technical understanding • Experience in handling the forklift and in internal material transport • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation • Good German skills as well as confident handling of electronic systems •  Driving license category B as well as mobile and flexibly deployable • Teamwork skills, flexibility and readiness for continuous improvement What awaits you You will take on a versatile leadership role in a modern working environment with flat hierarchies and an open team culture.
