We support people in need of assistance who are dependent on the services of the Sozialhilfegesetz, advise on administrative procedures, and accompany them with economic and psychosocial problems. The Soziale Wohnen is responsible as a last resort for people who temporarily need emergency accommodation or are threatened with housing or homelessness. The offers include the Notschlafstelle, Wohnberatung, and Wohnbegleitung. In this exciting job ### • you provide assistance to people who are alone and have no chance on the housing market. • you support and advise specialists in Soziales Wohnen. • you support the guests of the Notschlafstelle with psychosocial problems and regulate new admissions. • you do referral work with guests of the Notschlafstelle as well as residents of the Aussenwohngruppen or provide psychosocial support in their own living environment. • you contribute to the further development of the concept. • you participate in reporting and public relations. You are successful here ### • with a tertiary education in Sozialer Arbeit (FH/HF). • due to your experience in psychosocial support for people in difficult life situations and people with mental illness, often without medication. • because you have pronounced consulting competence, combined with systemic thinking ability. • if you have basic knowledge of topics such as Sozialhilfe, Sozialversicherung, Mietrecht, Ausländerrecht, and/or Schulden. • if a flexible time model suits you and occasional weekend shifts do not deter you. • due to your empathetic personality and appreciative attitude. • with a confident appearance and assertiveness.
