Legal Expert as Clerk at the Tribunale regionale Plessur # Tribunale regionale Plessur | 80-100 % | Coira ## The Tribunale regionale Plessur is a civil and criminal court of first instance based in Coira. It includes the cantonal office of the judge of coercive measures as well as the justice of the peace with the conciliation authority in matters of tenancy of the Plessur region. The volume of cases is approximately 2200 cases per year (including cases of the judge of coercive measures). The clerk's office currently consists of eight people, for a total employment level of 680%, and contributes fundamentally to the processing of cases. For the Tribunale regionale Plessur, we are looking for a legal expert as a clerk starting 1 December 2026 or a date to be agreed upon. Tasks • Legal investigations in matters of civil and criminal law • Support to judges in the conduct of proceedings • Drafting of minutes during hearings and the taking of evidence • Drafting of decisions, judgments, and decrees • For the rest, the duties result from the law on judicial organization (CSC 173.000). What we expect from you • Law studies completed in Switzerland and preferably a lawyer's license • Practical experience, ideally at a court, a law firm, or in public administration • Structured, forward-looking, autonomous, and precise working method • Ability to work in a team, reliability, and stress resistance.
