For our Investment Controlling & Monitoring team, we are looking for an analytically strong personality with a strong affinity for data and processes. In this role, you will shape the interface between Investment Reporting, data management and our external partners. You will contribute to ensuring the high quality of our reporting and controlling processes and participate in the further development of our system and data landscape.   In the Finance area, we have the responsible task of controlling and reliably managing the finances and risks of AXA Schweiz. In doing so, we create the basis for strategic business decisions and the future of the company.     What to expect from you • As a central point of contact, you coordinate the cooperation with clients, fund managements, asset managers as well as internal and external stakeholders. • You are responsible for the creation, coordination and quality assurance of investment and client reporting in institutional Asset Management. • You ensure high data quality throughout the entire reporting process and continuously develop our data models, master data structures and control mechanisms. • You identify automation and digitalization potential, implement them pragmatically and work closely with Portfolio Management, Treasury, Compliance, Finance and external partners. • You translate functional requirements into technical solutions, create functional specifications and accompany testing, implementation and operation of new applications. • You drive the use of modern technologies, data-driven solutions and intelligent automations to sustainably increase efficiency, transparency and quality. • You perform regular controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements and create ad-hoc analyses and evaluations as a basis for sound decisions.   What you bring with you • You have a degree, training or further education in Banking, Finance, Economics or Business Informatics (HF, FH, University or comparable). • You have several years of experience in Investment Reporting, Data Management, Investment Operations, Asset Management or a comparable environment. • Data, reporting processes and IT systems inspire you, and you feel comfortable in a data-driven environment. • You work in a structured, precise and independent manner and enjoy taking on responsibility. • You recognize optimization potential, think in networks and drive improvements pragmatically. • You move confidently at the interface between specialist departments, external partners and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams. • Ideally experience with Excel, Python, VBA, SQL and/or Power Automate or comparable analysis and reporting tools. • Very good German and good English skills as well as strong communication and coordination skills round off your profile.   What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
