Production Team Coordinator Machining

Main tasks • Coordination and monitoring of daily operations in mechanical manufacturing • Technical support for CNC operators, setters, and employees in the Machining area • Ensuring an efficient material and order flow within production • Support in the prioritization and processing of production orders • Monitoring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards • Support in troubleshooting disturbances and escalation of problems to the Team Leader • Conducting or supporting shopfloor meetings • Support in the induction and training of new employees • Monitoring key figures such as productivity, scrap, OEE, and on-time delivery • Participation in Lean, KVP, and process optimization projects • Deputy for the Team Leader during their absence Requirements • Technical basic training, preferably as a Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, or in a comparable mechanical profession • Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing or mechanical production • Sound knowledge of machining processes, tools, and manufacturing workflows • High understanding of quality and processes • Strong organizational skills as well as a solution-oriented and independent way of working • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Experience with ERP systems as well as common MS-Office applications • Willingness to take responsibility in daily operational business
