The most important points in brief As a member of our clinic management, you will work closely with all areas of our psychiatric clinic and shape the strategic and entrepreneurial direction of the nursing organization. You will assume overall responsibility for all nursing teams and ensure that modern, safe, and patient-centered nursing is practiced. In addition to the direct leadership of the nursing areas in our patient houses, you are also responsible for central units such as quality management, central nursing education, nursing development, the pharmacy, as well as the patient disposition & therapy booking office. In this broad field of activity, you will manage both strategic and operative projects, further develop nursing standards with your teams, and ensure that quality, education, and care interlock optimally. You lead the nursing profession through upcoming change and growth processes of the clinic and ensure that our familiar, appreciative, and interprofessionally lived culture is preserved and can continue to develop. You actively network with cantonal bodies, specialist committees, associations, and other relevant partners in the healthcare system. What you bring with you several years of leadership experience in a similar activity in nursing, ideally in a psychiatric environment or in a complex clinic organization a completed degree in nursing, nursing science, health management, or a related field sound knowledge in nursing development, quality management, and modern leadership instruments a pronounced service orientation as well as enjoyment of a benevolent, participatory, and familiar leadership culture experience in managing projects and in accompanying change processes a clear, empathetic communication across all professional groups and hierarchical levels confidence in dealing with different stakeholders and their needs good networking and willingness to expand and maintain the network as well as entrepreneurial & process-oriented thinking What you can expect from us As an SME in healthcare with a considerable size, the working days are very varied and diverse.
