The CMS READOM is an innovative and specialized program in home rehabilitation. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of ergotherapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their entourage and the care network. In support of our READOM team, we are looking for an ergotherapist 80 - 100%.
