Nursing Specialist with Additional RAI Responsibility Function 80 - 100% # Your tasks ## • Specialist and individual care and support for residents based on the conceptual basis of the model of promoting process care • Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing measures in accordance with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the affected residents and their reference persons. • Co-design of optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all services involved in the care and support process • Taking over day-to-day responsibility • Careful and complete management of nursing documentation • Exact recording of nursing and support services as well as nursing and consumable materials used. • RAI Responsibility: • Carrying out and ensuring timely RAI assessments in accordance with legal and operational guidelines. • Responsibility for the correct classification of nursing needs and nursing classification of residents. • Creation, review, and ongoing updating of individual nursing planning based on assessment results. • Ensuring complete, specialist, and traceable nursing documentation. • Advising and supporting nursing specialists in the application of the RAI system and nursing planning. • Monitoring assessment appointments and ensuring data quality and completeness of documentation.
