Then bring your expertise to WAS. As quality manager, you drive and develop quality management on a WAS-wide scale. In collaboration with the quality management delegates, you ensure that quality is anchored in everyday life and that continuous improvements are implemented in a sustainable manner. Your tasks • You lead and coordinate the four quality management delegates (QMB) on a professional level. • You are responsible, together with the QMBs, for the strategic, conceptual and operational development of quality management. • You strengthen the quality culture and sustainably anchor the continuous improvement process in the organization. • You lead central quality projects, coordinate audits and advance the implementation of ISO 9001 certification on a WAS-wide scale. • You contribute, with the management, to the quality policy and ensure reporting adapted to the target groups. • You develop the process management tool Q.wiki and encourage its use in the organization. • You work in close collaboration with the relevant staff functions and exploit synergies in a targeted manner. Your skills • You have a university degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences in business administration or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by continuing education in quality management. • You have experience in project management and quality management, preferably within the framework of ISO 9001 certifications. • You quickly and reliably identify cross-functional links and deduce relevant areas of action. • You think strategically and implement topics in a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic manner. • You work autonomously, assume responsibility and demonstrate the perseverance necessary to implement improvements sustainably. • You are convincing, communicate in a manner adapted to the recipients and bring different interest groups together for common solutions.
