As part of a permanent position on behalf of a renowned client in Suisse Romande, we are looking for a Building Project Manager - Transformation/Renovation to join the teams in the canton of Vaud.

Job description ###

• Development of the technical organization of the construction site - Methods - Planning - Submissions from suppliers and subcontractors
• Management of prevention, safety, and environmental actions of the construction site
• Technical execution of the construction site in close connection with our site teams
• Development and monitoring of offers and supplementary estimates
• Administrative management of the construction site
• Management of teams (Site Manager..)
• Budgetary management of the construction site
• Handover of the construction site

Profile ###

• Building Eng/Tech degree
• Recognized experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager (at least 8 years)
• Experience on Transformation/Renovation structural work projects
• Reliable and consistent leader/manager
• Solution-oriented and excellent communicator
• Desire to project oneself long-term and advance the existing team and the company.
