Lebanese Chef / Chef de Cuisine – Middle Eastern Cuisine

We are a hospitality business located in the beautiful Swiss Alps, operating restaurants that serve international cuisine to tourists from around the world. Our focus is on authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, and memorable dining experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Lebanese Chef who specializes in authentic Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing traditional dishes, developing menus, and ensuring high culinary standards in our restaurant kitchen.

• Prepare authentic Lebanese dishes such as mezze, grilled meats, shawarma, falafel, hummus, and traditional desserts
• Design and develop Lebanese and Middle Eastern menu items
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards according to Swiss regulations
• Manage kitchen preparation and support kitchen staff
• Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels
• Maintain consistency in taste and authenticity of dishes
