Scientific Assistant Pedagogy & Quality in the area of SPF/DAF 80 - 90%

The Trägerschaften department is responsible for the area of Supplementary Educational Assistance and for the implementation of the Child and Youth Home Act (KJG).   In the Pedagogy & Quality team, we are looking for a technically expert personality from the fields of Social Work, Social Pedagogy or Educational Sciences, preferably with experience in socio-pedagogical family assistance (SPF) or with a service provider in family care (DAF), to start immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until 31.12.2030. Your tasks ### • Supervision of organizations in the area of SPF and DAF in the Canton of Zürich incl. the processing of supervisory-relevant events • Examination of submitted documents within the framework of the reporting obligation of SPF and DAF providers • Responsibility for the conclusion of service agreements with service providers in the area of SPF/DAF and for the examination of the annual reporting • Advising the service providers on technical, organizational and legal questions regarding quality assurance. • Collaboration in the development of normative specifications, processes and qualitative foundations in the area of SPF/DAF • Close cooperation on financial aspects with the Controlling team and with the service providers Your profile ### • A Bachelor's degree (Uni/FH) in Social Work, Educational Sciences or in related disciplines with interest and understanding of business administration issues and without fear of numbers • several years of professional experience in the field of child protection, socio-pedagogical family assistance or in family care • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex issues understandably, precisely and in a target-group-oriented manner. • Confident appearance as well as the ability to act clearly and constructively even in demanding conversation situations • High degree of independence, resilience and the motivation to actively drive things forward • Interest in engaging oneself in a socially politically relevant environment and taking on responsibility We offer you ### • a meaningful function with a direct influence on the quality of support offers for families • scope for design in an area that is undergoing further development • a committed working environment with high professional competence • contemporary employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines as well as flexible working options and a workplace within walking distance of Zürich HB Application ### For answering questions, Mario Backes, Team Leader P&Q (Telephone 043 259 97 64) is at your disposal.
