Experienced Industrial Mechanic

Your mission Read and interpret mechanical plans, technical diagrams and maintenance manuals. Assemble, install and mount industrial machines. Perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic failures. Dismantle, repair and replace worn or faulty parts. Perform alignment, adjustment and calibration operations of equipment. Check the condition of bearings, gears, belts, chains and motors. Ensure the lubrication and maintenance of mechanical systems. Participate in technical shutdowns and general overhauls of facilities. Perform functional tests after repair. Write intervention and maintenance reports. Respect safety, quality and environmental standards. Your profile General and precision mechanics. Hydraulics and pneumatics. Reading of technical plans. Use of measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, comparator). Basic welding and machining (depending on positions).
