Portrait of the school/institution ### Die bsd. Bern is located in the heart of Bern's Old Town. As a vocational school, we train around 1'200 apprentices in the professional fields of retail and pharmacy. In the area of bridging offers, we lead classes of BVS+, BPI, and the pre-apprenticeship. For one of three pre-apprenticeship classes, we are looking from 11. November 2026 to at least 18.December 2026 for a motivated, committed Teacher Pre-apprenticeship ### bsd. Bern 3011 Postgasse 66, Bern Tasks ### You teach the subjects profession-specific instruction, society, mathematics, language and communication, and DaZ. You work closely with the teachers of the other pre-apprenticeship classes and contribute to a varied and supportive learning environment. Lessons take place on Tuesdays from 08:35 - 15:20 and on Wednesdays from 08:35 - 14:30 (total 13 weekly lessons). Since the duration of the job holder's absence is not yet conclusively determined, the period of employment may be extended. Should a continuation after the winter holidays be necessary, it would ideally be possible for you to continue the substitution seamlessly from 11. January 2027. Requirements ### You bring a completed or advanced training as an ABU teacher or a teaching qualification for Secondary Level I or II. Ideally, you have additional training in special education.
