annea . offers social pedagogical family support, support for adolescents and young adults, supervised visitation, and child welfare assessments - with the goal of enabling children and adolescents to have a safe and supportive environment. annea. sees itself as a partner for families, municipalities, authorities, specialist agencies, and specialists.  It advocates for comprehensive support and further development in the family, child, and youth welfare sectors of the cantons of Zürich, Schaffhausen, Thurgau, Appenzell Ausserrhoden and St. Gallen. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed specialist speaking German / Ukrainian / Russian / Albanian / Croatian / Turkish / Farsi / Dari / Spanish or Portuguese, who takes responsibility and acts professionally. As part of outreach family assistance, you will work independently and resource-oriented - directly in the families' living environment. Your work strengthens and empowers parents to successfully manage their everyday parenting and makes an important contribution to child protection. Your tasks: ### • You accompany and coach parents in their direct parenting environment, promote their competencies, and empower them toward successful life management. • You organize and accompany visits between children and separated parents. • Within the framework of individual support, you strengthen children and adolescents in their immediate living environment. • You identify resources and risks in the area of child protection and create well-founded recommendations for the referring agencies. • Systemic thinking is natural for you and shapes your attitude and professional actions. • You work participatively and resource-oriented, thereby actively contributing to the improvement of the family situation. • You maintain case-related files and create reports according to internal specifications. • You participate in regular status meetings and exchange information with other specialists on a case-related basis. Your profile: ### Prerequisites for employment are: • Completed training in social pedagogy, social work, childhood pedagogy, or psychology at HF/FH or university level (foreign qualifications must be officially recognized in Switzerland). • At least two years of professional experience in social pedagogical work with children, adolescents, and families (part-time employment will be considered proportionally). Additionally, you bring: • Ability to apply sound specialist knowledge independently and purposefully and to develop individual solutions for families. • High ability and enthusiasm for self-organized work. • Resilience and the ability to remain calm and set priorities in challenging situations. • Impeccable German in spoken and written form. • Flexibility regarding scheduling as well as willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends.
