To strengthen the team, they are looking for a committed and responsible Project Manager Element Construction, 80-100% (w/m/d) Tasks • You are responsible for the design and planning of complex elements and facade systems • You take over the overall responsibility for the projects, including material procurement, evaluation, selection and monitoring of subcontractors • You also bear the cost and deadline responsibility • Creating manufacturing and assembly plans is also part of your tasks • The close cooperation with architects and external planners as well as the internal coordination with draftsmen, production and assembly round off your diverse range of tasks • The working hours can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your wishes Requirements • You have completed training in the construction sector, for example as a construction engineer FH, carpenter, metal construction designer or a related training (w/m/d) • You also bring several years of professional experience as a project manager • Experience in creating drawings and reading plans is expected • A good spatial imagination, a pronounced understanding of complex relationships and a high quality awareness make your daily work easier • Do you describe yourself as a careful, negotiation-skilled and assertive personality?
