SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and demand-oriented care of 11 municipalities in the area of outpatient nursing and domestic services. You bring a qualification as a nursing professional (HF/FH) and ideally have professional experience in the area of Spitex. have a heart for good cooperation in a team and actively contribute to the achievement of our operational goals. enjoy the nursing process and take on responsibility or support according to your qualification. as a re-entrant, bring the willingness to attend a refresher course to update your specialist knowledge. bring the knowledge, experience, and suitability to design and be responsible for nursing processes, support employees, and take on daily responsibility and on-call service. bring the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and conscientiously and ideally know our industry software Swing. In addition, you have a driver's license category B.
