Our client, with its globally unique technology, recovers valuable metals and minerals from combustion slag that would otherwise simply end up in a landfill. This saves tons of CO2 and protects our environment.   Job Description ### We are looking for a committed shift leader and plant operator (m/w/d) to strengthen our team. In this key position, you are responsible for monitoring and optimizing our production plants. You ensure that all processes run smoothly and production targets are met. Your tasks include planning and coordinating shifts, training new employees, and performing maintenance work on the plants. You work closely with other departments to increase efficiency and ensure the quality of our products. We expect you to have a proactive approach to problems and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. If you have a passion for technology and production and enjoy working in a team, we look forward to your application.   We Expect ### We expect you to have completed technical training, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering or process engineering. You should have several years of experience in production management or as a plant operator. Teamwork, communication skills, and a high level of responsibility are essential for us.
