Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII in night shift 60-100%   Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement • Management of the nursing process incl. evaluation of nursing activities at night • Execution of treatment-related nursing activities • Support of our guests in personal hygiene and other daily life activities • Regular rounds • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach-Smartphones) • Assumption and responsibility for assigned professional tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care, as well as in the area of dementia, is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
