This position is intended for a field-oriented person capable of solving technical issues, stabilizing production, and sustainably structuring the department's knowledge, while providing real expertise in application, shade adjustment, and mastery of varnishing processes. Dial Varnishing Specialist \- expatriation Thailand Desired profile: Solid experience in varnishing, painting, or lacquering, ideally in the field of watch dials or a high-quality requirement industrial environment Very good mastery of preparation, formulation, and color mixing processes, shade adjustment, paint/varnish application, and aesthetic control Ability to intervene concretely in the field to resolve production problems, adjust application parameters, and secure the output of parts Appreciated knowledge in calibration, first-level maintenance, and the proper functioning of varnishing equipment Experience in process structuring, writing standards, implementing procedures, and capitalizing on know-how A strong interest in knowledge transfer, team training, and building sustainable expertise within a department Rigor, autonomy, practical sense, solution orientation, and the ability to work in an international environment Professional English appreciated Main responsibilities: Diagnose varnishing / painting / lacquering issues and implement concrete solutions in order to guarantee the output of conforming parts Stabilize, structure, and formalize standards related to preparation, color mixing, shade adjustment, application, and varnishing control Master application parameters, notably spraying, layer regularity, varnish thickness, and the prevention of aesthetic defects Ensure proper adjustment, calibration, and monitoring of varnishing equipment, in connection with the relevant teams Implement a robust technical knowledge base in order to capitalize on know-how and avoid its loss over time Support the industrialization and reliability of the varnishing department, in a logic of sustainable and reproducible processes Train, transmit, and support the team of approximately 15 people, while collaborating with the Quality, Methods, Industrialization, and Production departments We offer: An incredible expatriation experience within an international industrial environment A key role to rebuild, structure, and sustain the know-how of a strategic department Very good conditions jpid84fc74cjm jpit0832jm jpiy26jm
